Coating results and analysis
1. 0010010 nbsp;Spectral test Lambda900 spectrophotometer was used to test the spectra of 4 samples. The spectra are shown in the figure below. It can be seen from the figure that the TiO2 film of sample no. 1 has obvious absorption and the highest transmittance is 81%. The transmittance of sample no. 2 was significantly higher than that of sample no. 1, and the maximum transmittance was 90%. The maximum transmittance of no. 3 sample is 92%, which is basically the same as the transmittance of the substrate, with basically no absorption. The maximum transmittance of sample no. 4 was also 92%. However, the difference between peak and valley decreases, and the refractive index of the material decreases.
